Is there a way to return a product if Covid had it take forever to get to me? I bought headphones (accidentally bought double of everything) almost half a year ago and they FINALLY showed up recently. However, they hurt very badly to wear for just a few minutes. Also, being a European style headphone, I am unable to even use all of the things I have (I also bought double of the amplifier). Is there a way to return the items even though the return policy is 30 days only? Or does it matter only ONCE I GET THE PRODUCT? If it is by the time it was bought, then it's already been, as I mentioned, a few months since then. Regardless, I want to return the products (all of them, not just the accidental second buy). Is this possible?
