Hello I'm a first time customer. I received a set of Sennheiser HD 58x Jubilee headphones. They arrived quite quickly considering the COVID slow down. Thank you for the fast shipping time. The sound is amazing with, or with out and amp but, they have one glaring issue. The right side doesn't work at all. First I checked the plug then switched the wires on the drivers. The left side was playing the right channel and still no sound from the right. Contacted customer service and received automated email. Tried to contact them 3 more times. I have also checked my spam folder just in case. Over a week has passed, I don't recall or care at this point. My main question is, HOW can someone return/exchange an item if customer service doesn't reply?
