I hope you hire some more people in your EU logistics department. Ordered a pair of headphones last weekend(my first order with drop),and they didn't ship by the despatch date, and it took nearly 2 days for the US based cs to respond. By then the headphones had "shipped"....well not really. I looked at the courier's tracking and it was stuck at "waiting for courier to hand over package" for two days. I rang them and they said they had no package, and your cs it might have been a delay in tracking. So now three days after the headphones were "shipped" the tracking said drop only had handed over the item on Friday afternoon. So at this point its taken 5 working days for you to actually despatch an item from the EU warehouse, during which you sent a false e-mail saying the item was shipped. If I had not followed up with the courier I would be none the wiser. Have I got any e-mails from your logistics/shipping department about the actual shipped day - nope. Does your tracking hub on your website work?? Nope. In the same time I ordered stuff in the UK from other companies who have warehouses in europe and its already arrived. The combination of false information, and very slow despatch does not instill in me a sense of confidence about more expensive purchases with your company. Also some of my mates also probably are having second thoughts about using you now. "The products will be available to ship from our test warehouse in Europe with delivery expected within 5 business days to the majority of locations. " Its taken your company 5 working days to even bother to send the item I purchased. So at least 7 to 8 working days at this rate, just going from Holland to the UK,or a week and a half if you include Saturday and Sunday.
