My favorite meal to make is Sous vide steak with fondant potatos. The potatos I follow Chef Johns from food wishes at the link below. http://foodwishes.blogspot.com/2013/06/fondant-potatoes-creamy-crusty-blast.html
For the steak I bag them up with salt, pepper, garlic, and thyme. I set my sous vide circulator to 126F for a perfect rare for 1hour. take them out pat them dry and sear on a ripping hot cast iron skillet. Best steak ever!
