I make this recipe 2 times/ month, and still love it. every thing ready in 15-20 mins.
Deep Fried Chicken
【Ingredients 】 1. Chicken thighs or chicken breast (400 - 450g) 2. Garlic paste 1/2 -1tsp 3. 1 Beaten egg 4. Salt & Pepper 5. Potato starch or Deep-frying flour Oil -Vinegar sauce- 1. Vinegar or Apple black vinegar 3tbsp 2. Sugar 3tbsp 3. Soy sauce 3tbsp I prefer ratio 2-1-1 (but you can change the ratio however you want. ) -Tartar sauce- 1. Mayonnaise 4 - 5tbsp 2. 1Boiled egg 3. 1 – 2 pickled cucumbers 4. Lemon juice 1/2 - 1tsp
First, get rid of fat and strings from chicken. Slide the chicken to even chunks then soak in egg for 5 mins. Mix potato starch and chicken. Fried at 160 °C until chicken become amber. Soak the chicken in vinegar sauce while it hot.
Finnally, enjoy chicken with tartar sauce :)
