Fire roasted (in the oven) Brussel Sprouts: 2 pound sprouts. Quarter sprouts. Toss in olive oil salt and black pepper. Cook at 375 for 25 minutes. Shake sprouts around twice during process. Crank oven to broil until sprouts get crispy. Mix duck sauce and sriracha to personal spicy preference. Usually 3 tablespoons duck, 1 teaspoon sriracha. When sprouts look crispy, take out of oven, pour spicy mixture over them. Mix up, put back in oven for 2 minutes, just to finish heating them up.
