Keeping my account in the slim hope you turn things around and become the site I enjoyed shopping through, but I'm not holding my breath, and definitely not buying anything unless/until that happens because:
- The new navigation is shit compared to the old navigation.
- Drop is a horrible name.
- You dropped the writing community.
- You dropped the quilting community.
- You dropped the cooking community.
- You seem hellbent on never offering a decent full-size (traditional) keyboard in the keyboards community. I've had to return the two I've bought through this site in the last 2-3 years for horrible quality issues.
- The few times I've actually considered purchasing something other than a belt from the Apparel community, there's never been my size available. Like most big retailers, you assume that everyone tall is a beanpole and anyone with girth is short or non-existent.

How do I stop renewal of keyboard club?
Hi there, I've been a member of the keyboard club for the past year, I'm afraid that in the next 24h the Keyboard Club will renew automatically. I have checked on my profile but couldn't find anywhere a way to stop it. Did i miss it ? Will it renew automatically ? TIA Mauringhio

I miss Massdrop
Is it just me or was this place much better when it was Massdrop? Instead of expensive collaborations, it was all about finding good deals that got better with more participation. Anyone know if this place will ever revert to those times or if there are any other sites that might be doing what this site stopped doing?

Do products in the same order ship together if they have different shipping estimates?
I bought an order that consisted of products that were ready to ship on Feb 13 and March 29. Will they ship all together on March 29 or will they be split and the orders that are ready to ship earlier ship on Feb 13?

I'd like to buy the Sennheiser 6xx but I have no idea how much is going to be after adding delivery and custom fees. Does anyone know? I live in Spain.

USB-C Port glitchy AF on my Drop SHIFT, arrrrgh help
As above, my keyboard routinely drops connection with my computer; I've tried three different computers, they're not the issue. It resolves itself after being "hard reset" (unplugged), but it's driving me insane because obviously it acts up more when I need it most. All drivers seem to be up to date, any thoughts? (I've also changed the cable, please ppl)
