So I understand the cutting back of communities. It's a business decision. What I don't get is the terrible communication about any of this happening. The only way I could find this thread was through twitter. No notice about communities being dropped. Not even a courtesy email or even a notification. And that is the primary reason why I won't shop at (mass)Drop anymore. Poor communication is the death of many companies.
