I'm sad to say, I probably won't be using drop anymore. I feel robbed. I bought the AKracing onyx chair. It is broken and DOA. (issue with the hydraulic tube) I can't get it disassembled and housekeeping at my office threw away the box. I'd be happy to return it, I just don't have access to A box big enough to ship back a HUGE assembled office chair. and I can't carry it to a UPS Center Support/Engineering recommended that I should schedule a UPS pickup at my expense. And that they would bring a box. I did. They don't do that. (I told them I didn't think it would work) I think they were just messing with me to make me spend more money. (sick joke) Now I'm out another ~8 bucks on top of $250 that I spent originally. Drop really dropped the ball here. No one is responding to my inquiries. Drop! Do the right thing!! I'm a good customer!

Did you forget to take the orange cap off the lifting mechanism?

erickongi’ll Take a look. Akracing says I got the wrong sized wheels. Waiting for stock.
