What is your favorite recipe for making a great tasting macchiato?

JediBy definition, it's a stained double espresso shot (2oz), the stain being a small amount of steamed milk foam. I've tried them with a twist of lemon (common in Europe) and a bit of sugar, but a good single origin doesn't need either in my opinion.
The Starbucks definition of a macchiato is much, much different.

JediMake a cortado and bank on the customer not knowing the difference.
Or use heavy cream instead of milk.
