Is there going to be a tea week?
Seriously though, any suggestions for a single cup pour over set(that's not ridiculously overpriced)? Saw one once years ago and never bothered to look into it, but I can't stand our keurig k cup brewer's coffee, and when we still had a pot based system, I actually liked the coffee.

MooTatersFortunately, are several options - drip filter, french press, espresso, ibrik, cezve, etc. Most are geared towards backpacking/camping. Check REI, Campmor and Amazon. For flavor, I prefer using an ibrik or cezve (very finely ground coffee, unfiltered) or french press (single serve).

NumskullHah, that could totally be taken the wrong way...you know, pot being slang for... Just made me laugh reading that.
It was great though, we just never brewed a lot since at that point I was practically the only one really drinking much of it. Then once we got the Keurig I still drank some for a boost, but it often tasted cheaper and more bitter...had me even thinking that maybe they use a sort of instant coffee(though I don't have experience with any).

MooTatersI don't take coffee so serious. It gives me the edge I need to get to work. I get my beans from coffeeam. My favorite is highlander grog.

NumskullYeah, I'm hardly a snob, I drank it mostly in my college years. As much as I wasn't a fan of coffee's taste, I just really couldn't get into the K cups, and remembered the coffee we had before tasting much better. At least the pot coffee was easier to acquire a taste for. Heck it was amaretto flavored, but that wasn't my choice, and it wasn't overly powerful in that flavor either...not like a cappuccino or anything. This link below I found is an interesting read on the k cup matter though. http://www.businessinsider.com/why-instant-coffee-machines-taste-gross-2016-3/#violation-1-the-grind-1

MooTatersI am a tea fan as well, but for the single cup of coffee I really like the aeropress. It makes a cup of very high quality coffee similar to a true cup of French coffee/ expresso

MooTatersAeropress is great and requires all of hot water. Very durable for an office environment as well.
