Lillian, I am one of the customers that is experiencing getting shocked using the Tin Hifi P1's, I sent you and email several days about but have not gotten a response yet. Have the engineers figured out the problem yet? I am curious because all the responses I have read so far seem to indicate that the customers that have had this issue got replacements that still had the shock issue. Please let me know, thanks.

Getting shocked by the earphones? This is a total joke man; they need to take some serious actions here. Its sad that poor quality and design end up harming the customers. I'd ask for an immediate refund if I was you man.
