Is there a warranty on this product? For some reason my mic stopped working... not sure why. Sometimes the quality is fine but often it just fuzzes out completely. Can't make sales calls with this unreliability.

There is a two year warranty on the headset. First, have you tried a different adapter or connected the headset to a different source? Try unplugging/replugging in the cable completely, and connecting the mic plug and audio plug into a friend or coworker’s computer, or if you use a smartphone adapter try a different one. Issues like this are usually with the female jack (or software). I’m just mentioning this in case it prevents someone waiting for a replacement only to find that the issue persists (or was fixed just by reconnecting). With that said, sometimes stuff happens to the headphone too. Sennheiser has a 2-year warranty on all their headphones, all you’ll need is your Drop email receipt (and the headphone). Sennheiser Gaming problems are handled by EPOS Gaming now, there’s a link on Sennheiser’s support “contact” page.

My microphone also stopped working within 12 hours of receipt. I contacted Drop about the issue, I'll update if there's a solution.

Can't speak to the warranty, but I had this same issue just now. Was going mad, trying multiple computers and phones and adapters... And then I remembered that the audio cable can be disconnected from the headset! Disconnected and reconnected that, and the mic started working again. I'm guessing the cable can be yanked out just enough to no longer work, but still look and feel like it's connected.
