I tried them swimming. It was an immersive experience.

They fit loosely on my ears but worked okay for running. Anything that requires you to be consistently horizontal is out.
The Koss Portapro has been my exercise headphone for many years, I haven't found anything better, plus they look retro.

Also, humble brag, you could do what I did and mod them with BeatsX Earphones. Then they're 100% wireless and sync easy between devices (I'm deep in the iCosystem, Android just get a cheap pair of normal Bluetooth 5.0 earphones instead). I use them running/cross-training every morning with no issue.

WillemKRSA few months back Koss came out with the KSC35 Wireless. Problem solved if you want Bluetooth. The only problem is that these KSC series headphones are very frail.

Fine for weightlifting (all sorts), martial arts practice, stretching (even inversions for the most part), treadmill. Pretty much all I do. The KSC-75 has been my go to for the gym for 15 years now.

I do selected gym-type exercises with these, no issue with ear piece, but obviously you need to do something with the wire.

SerBedevereThey're straight-up perfect for exercising outside the gym (unless your gym is empty) if you mod a bluetooth cable on them. Running with them sounds great while still being hella safe cus they're open, though they occasionally like to loosen their grip on the ear.

Are you just going for a jog? If so, they should be fine. Otherwise, look elsewhere.
