same problem here. settings do not offer anything but 32-bit options for me; so How do you get the 24-bit option working on the USB 2 mode in Windows 10? AND PLEASE DONT TELL ME TO GO into "SETTINGS", I've been there and that is where it is disabled, and only showing 32-bit options / I have no option for 24-bit mode and it shows that I have the right driver installed for SDAC-B in my windows 10 device manager, yet there's another hardware labeled GRACE DESIGN DFU and that shows an error stating there is no compatible driver installed for this device. so my DAC is working, but only in 32-bit and I want it to run in 24-bit. is there somewhere to download drivers or is this product going to have to be returned? because it is not PLUG AND PLAY.

toodamnfrank32 bit mode is 24 bit audio, its a float format, with the other bits used to scale the level if needed. You don't really care as the DAC will decode it correctly. Its mumbo jumbo time and put there by the marketing people. Just hit play and be happy :-)
