Mine just broke. Received them May 30, 2020. A year and a quarter of 2-3 hrs per night. I knew it was coming. Still disappointed it happened.

Just snapped after approx 4 months. This is with not dropping it and just putting it on my computer screen when im not using. Could have taken better precautions but putting it on my table instead and could have lasted way longer.

I've had them for more than two months and they are hanging from the headband, I am careful with my stuff, and all is fine so far. I love these headphones and recommend them, but I have to admit that Koss is not known for their indestructible headphones. They make great quality audio products and make them as cheap as they can, so they do cut corners in the durability department, so be careful with them. Simply put: Treat them like they are made of glass.

GendoUltraUpdate: I've been using them every day for 8 months, now, still love these, no problem so far. They are still on a hook by the headband. Cheers.

GendoUltraUpdate: I've had them now for about 11 months and the upper plastic band (the structural one that goes on top of the head) just broke into two. There's a wire inside of the plastic (to connect both earphones together), so I'm not sure if I can get the heat gun out and try to melt the plastic enough to re-fuse the band into one piece without damaging the wire. This is quite unfortunate. I also ordered a pair for a friend as a gift, a while ago, but apparently, his head is rather oversized and thus his pair broke at the band immediately, the first time he put the headset on. The legendary Koss warranty doesn't apply, here, sadly. I loved these headphones while I used them, the sound is really great and full-bodied, and the mic is great sounding too. But now, I gotta look for another headset, I guess. Even if I repair this one, it won't be a permanent fix, if it works, so I gotta look elsewhere. Sad event. :'(
