ElderGooseYo dude, yo gotta use a lotta nice big eggs, keep it moving so it stay fluffy, don't cook too long or it get all rubbery, finish with residual pan heat and season. Born apple teat.

ElderGooseFirst off - your meats need to be cooked. Get a small skillet heated up and add butter or oil. Scramble two or three eggs with about half of your ingredients and salt and pepper. Fry in the skillet until you can see that most is cooked - will still have a little runnyness on the top. Flip it over then add the rest of your ingredients in the center (you need cheese in this part to help seal it). Fold in half with the ingredients after about 30 seconds. Flip one more time after another 30 seconds. Then transfer to plate.
