I try to carve out some time before hitting the sack, usually use the HE-4XX w/ the dekoni hybrids. Not too much leakage with those better pads

jaxtraumaI work from my home-office so I usually rotate through my headphones and amps throughout the week. The Foster drivers in the EMU-Teak (Denon AH-D* and MD x Fostex TR-X00) tend to be a touch sibilant, so I've gotta be selective in their use. Games, music and most movies are fine, but anything with heavy speaking parts can be painful. The s' sound pierces my brain like a lance. Still love em, but I take them the heck off when voice chatting with friends. Before bed is usually vinyl time on the Pioneer Andrew Jones SP-FS52 loud-speakers... mostly because the Denon VL12 is up in my room hooked up to a TEAC AX-501 via a YAQIN MS23B tube RIAA. Every once in a while I'll drag some cans up there for it. The EMU Teak get picked for that duty when I'm not using the Fostex T60RP or Sennheiser (58x or 6xx). That TEAC has surprisingly powerful headphone driving capability.
