Depends on your build. If you are muscular, it will be small.

Probably runs a bit small. I'm 180cm (5'11") and around 70kg (154lbs) - on the slimmer side. Usually in euro sizes I'm between M and L, with this jacket the size L fits well.

Order up one size. Not a lot of baggy room in the arms, but a very nice light layer of wind protection to go over a shirt or warmer base layer. Packs extremely well and feels like nothing while wearing. No pit zips so venting is just by the main zip. I believe this is a nice piece to make breathable layers more wind resistant without feeling too bulky. A nice pick up. Get the blue, as the orange is very "see-through" and reveals what is underneath. I bought BOTH colors and like them very much.

I'm 5"9' (or 176cm) and relatively lean. Medium is perfect and spacious.

I agree with SlowWalker53 - it seems to run small.

It's not true to size. I generally get a 2XL, so I ordered this as a 2XL. It fits, though, like an XL. Order up a size.

I think the best way to think about it is as a wind shirt rather than a wind jacket. It fits quite slim. I straddle medium and large depending on the garment. I got the medium and it fits more like a shirt than a jacket. It isn’t too tight, it does fit over a light fleece but it’s quite form-fitting. If you want more room for layering or just want a jacket-like fit then size up.
