Shure se846, still the best stage IEM for me.

As a drummer, I’ve found the se846 IEMs to work best for me on stage, when using the triple flange tips, with the smallest flange cut off. Cutting off the third flange makes it slightly more comfortable, it isolates just as well, and it doesn’t dampen the treble nearly as much. I’ve tried using different IEMs, including CIEMs specifically designed for drummers, and the se846 still is the best for me. The combination of superior isolation and the sound signature is excellent. Vocals, guitars, and bass guitar all sound extremely clear. For those that hate multi-flanged tips, the Shure olive foam tips isolate almost as well. Just commenting from a different perspective.
