Have been following my headphones to Germany through the DHL tracking though they are said to have failed delivery. When I contact DHL parcel here in Berlin they say that the tracking number provided by Drop and DHL global is invalid. Even one collegue said that they were sent to a completely different address. However after calling on Skype DHL global back in the US they said that the address is infact correct and the headphones are laying in transit somewhere in Germany , but have no way of sending them themselves out to the correct address. Anyone have similar issues and resolve for such situations ? Would be great if Drop would offer a DHL express service for international shipping as that customer support is much better.
