ltopperI love my silicone baking mats! Technically there is enough fat in the cookies you don’t have to worry about them sticking to the tray but I just use them for everything

TheOldFatGuyI run them through the dishwasher, or just wipe them down when I and done using them.
You want to store them flat or rolled, if the get folded over on themselves flat it breaks the Silicone strands inside the matt. Same goes for cutting on with a knife.
They do make a great nonslip surface to go under cutting board though
