PSA: TIDAL $5 for 5 Months (Limited Time Promotion) [HiFi/Lossless Music Streaming] GET IT!!

more_vert
Hey guys, Just want to throw this out to the masses in case it slipped past some of your radars. Tidal is offering a promotion to sign up for $5 for 5 Months of either Premium of HiFi Subscription... so not sure why you would choose Premium over HiFi, you can always switch it later. Currently, this is the best QUALITY of music streaming available - Spotify is rumoured to get Lossless sometime this year but have yet to move to it. Links: Tidal Direct: https://offer.tidal.com/campaigns/5de986d679c686003235ab72/products?geo=CA&campaignId=5de986d679c686003235ab72 FaceBook promotion: https://www.facebook.com/1469901979927714/posts/2449015785349657/?d=n For all of us that spend hundreds or thousands on our Audio gear, this is a no brainer to jump on if you haven't already. Make sure to download and use the Desktop Application as that also offers a "Master" quality for some tracks. The quality of the music and the application itself is great! After the 5 months is up, Premium is $9.99 a month and HiFi is $19.99 a month (oof..). I'm probably going to suck it up and just continue with HiFi because.. well.. I need to justify my audio gear some how! :D I hope this kind of post is allowed here... sorry mods if its not but I figured us Audiophiles need to know this :)

Thank you so much man! I have a subscription already but am willing to miss my playlists and saved albums for 5 months to save some bucks! Hahah... Now my girl and some other 3 people can enjoy this as well for 5 months without paying 1 penny. Have a great day!

Glad I could help out! It's always nice to save some money - especially on something you already use and know you enjoy! :]

@Muscle_Cow Totally worth every dang cent. If you've got roomies or live with family, the family plan is an amazing deal. ~$30 per month for 6 logins that can be used similtaneously. Tidal is totally the ticket if you're a Roon user also. Instant streamable backfill for missing albums. :)

Yea I'm loving Tidal so far... I live alone so no Family plan for me but I will definitely be keeping this past the $5 Trial for 5 Months.... crazy good deal :D

If you have a MQA supporting DAC, it gets even better. I know MQA is DRM and evil inherently... but danged if it doesn't sound wonderful coming from my SMSL M500. There is a noticeable quality difference between the CD based FLAC and the master based MQA stream. Likely all the magic and filters that are part of MQA helping, but also usually being a cleaner/remastered source, totally awesome as part of a streaming service.
