How about a Support Hub?

How about you guys create a support hub for people who need assistance with their orders? Your email support system does not work. I keep replying to support emails, yet they don't bother to respond to my emails. Right now "Ava" on the support team is emailing me talking about closing my support ticket for not responding, when I've responded twice! Fix your customer support system.

They're quick to respond to my emails which have to do with my acceptance of a lesser product and a partial refund when they send the wrong item (twice.) Sounds like the fellow helping you is the guy filling my orders. Good luck!
