Drop sent the wrong lube. Not happy

Same here, they diddled me out of money then sent the wrong lube. If this was cheapo KY Jelly, I wouldn't bother but this item costs and not receiving your chosen lube is evil and abhorrent (yes, harsh words to display my anger here). It's a shame this new DROP no longer bothers to supply their customers with their paid for goods.

Is there any soln where us in the community can just trade a bottle of lube?! Bc I would be willing to trade my incorrect bottle of 205g0 for what I intended a bottle of 3204? Honestly Drop, i believe your solution to this problem is rather rushed. It sounds like the company Drop would rather get this behind them, than fix the solution that would make everyone happy.

MisselmanI also believe it was rushed. I hate the options they gave it was not even a good compromise... anyway if there is a way, i have the 3204 still and would be willing to trade with you if we can.

SpencerLSo I got the email from Drop and is the only thing we can do listed on that email which is partial refund or full refund? Wondering if there was any way we could still do some kind of exchange for the correct lube, or would we have to wait for another gb to open?

SpencerLGonna make sure I get my lube, huh? That’s not what the email I received said. Drop wants me to keep the mistake they sent or give me back my money after I return it. Which amounts to Drop just holding my money for a few months for no reason. Unacceptable. I paid for something and deserve Drops best efforts. They are just being lazy. The orders should be fixed....ALL OF THEM...no matter the cost to Drop. That’s what a good business does. Let’s see what kind of business Drop is. Please....surprise me.

TwentySixAndI did. And Switchmod. Krelbit isnt responsible, Drop is. But they make big money now so only see the bottom line, not the value of customer relations. They’ll just give the funds back. Piss poor excuse for a company imo. I’m extremely disappointed

We'll see if you are telling the TRUTH or arranging some extreme PR reasoning, as to why you failed to provide the item that was paid for up front by us here : ( I certainly won't be allowing you to forget nor the company you work for.....
