For people who wear both contacts and glasses, do you typically have only non-prescription sunglasses? Or do you have a couple of pairs of prescription just in case?

Vincent.HI have 3 pairs of prescription shades I cycle through. We're hoping to bring more RX-able eyeglasses onto the site so people can have a wider option of frame choices.

I like acetate frames as I prefer a more wrap around style to keep stray light from coming in and bothering my eyes. I always look for polarized lenses to cut the glare.

-Light metal frame. I don't do plastic. Period. - Glass optics would be ideal (as I generally like a little weight and the quality along with scratch resistance is well worth the trade off), but polycarbonate has come a long way and is what I've used in the last 2 decades. -Polarized. If you use sunglasses as a necessity and not as an accessory then polarized is the only way to go if you have an active lifestyle, drive, fish, bicycle, or anything really. The only caveat is you have to get decent glasses as I find mismatched lenses to be quite irritating, quality is key. -Proportional design. Square, oval, half frame, sweeping... It all depends on your face and the coverage you demand. I NEED sunglasses because my eyes are sensitive, so I get 15% light transmission, bronze lens (because it makes things stand out and grey and green are depressing to me ymmv) All mugs are different so get what works for you but I find looks are secondary to me after functionally.

Metal frames usually. Polarized lenses as u user then most for driving and glare reduction is essential. Decently dark lens usually in a brown shade.

Personally, I prefer metal frames that are thin and light. For whatever reason, they feel more substantial and also can be versatile with dressing up and being casual. For me, I primarily use mine when playing sports or sitting out in the sun. Don't make it a habit of always wearing them, but they def help me when I play softball.

Plastic any kind with possible breakaway frames/arms as I tend to be violent. Typically use Oakley for my eyewear both prescription and non.
