I bought a pair of Drop x Sennheiser pc37x headphones and was told that I would need to contact Drop for customer support by Sennheiser. I have waited days for a response and still have not received one. If Drop wont respond to me maybe other customers can. The headphones are having audio issues. They sound great for music and Youtube videos but are muffled on Steam bought games. I bought a DAC Amp to see if that would fix it, I have changed the power input and that did not work either. I do not know what else to do especially since Drop does not seem to have a phone number to contact.
I recently bought the sheepskin earpads for HD6XX and they significantly changed the sound, which is not what is advertised. Plus, the item description accepts returns. I've tried multiple times to reach customer support to start a return (with email/written trail) and have gotten zero response.
Can someone get me in touch with customer service? I've bought a Topping D50s and HD6xx from Drop before but if their customer service is this bad then I'm not going to risk my money here any more.
Drop shipped me the wrong item, how can I get CS to actually respond?
On August 4 I placed an order for the Drop + HIFIMAN HE4XX Planar Magnetic Headphones ($160), and I paid extra for the 2 day shipping. When the box arrived, the packing slip was correct but the item in the box was a pair of HIFIMAN HE-35X ($75). I've emailed Customer Service multiple times trying to get a response from anyone. Is there a phone number I can call to talk to somebody in person or will I be better off disputing the charge since Drop took my money, didn't send me what I ordered and I'm not getting a response?
