Why was the banner changed so that a) the communities we're a part of are no longer displayed either in the banner or when a link is hovered b) mech keys and audiophile are in the banner now whether or not you're in that community and c) edc is not?
Could you guys stop roaching your own damn website trying to force people to browse shit they aren't interested in because you don't know what else to do? Whoever's telling you it's a good play is incompetent.
Since I contacted support I have gotten nothing but rude responses. So here is the gist of it..
I ordered a custom key cap.. Because I thought “why not, I have 15 bucks credit it makes it worth it”. But I was charged full price.. I keep being told I wasn’t charged full price. I am looking at my bank account it is at full price. Maybe it’s your system that’s messed up not the banks fault (who I called as well)? You even emailed me a receipt that says I am charged at full price!
I am still told no you are wrong and your bank is wrong, we gave you the credit... WHAT?!
I always expect the shipping to be half arsed.. as 2/3s of the things I receive look like the package came through a damn war. But, I honestly was not expecting this...
So all in all I am just curious if anyone else has experienced the same issue with their order and have gotten the same horrible customer support on the back end?
Overall I've been satisfied with the shipping experience at Drop, though I've had a couple of very strange ones that result in long delays or odd package routes. So here is the latest.
This one is for a pocket knife, bound for my home near Cincinnati, OH. Apparently it started in Panama, then flew to Indianapolis (about an 1hr30min west of my location), then to Grove City (essentially Columbus - about 1hr15min northeast), then it flew to California, then flew back to Cincinnati, and now (theoretically) is at the correct shipping depot.
I don't know if this is a Drop phenomena (possibly incorrect shipping informatio?) or a FedEx thing, but it's the second time it's happened. Last time the journey took over a month, so maybe they're improving? ;-)
Hi there! I just had a few questions regarding ordering from Massdrop in Canada. I am currently in Vancouver, so pretty close to the border.
I am just wondering, I wanted to get the 58Xs since I've heard very good things, and I am just wondering, what would I be expected to pay in terms of fees and taxes? When I check out, it only says I am paying for shipping which is 15 USD, but there's no mention of the tax.
Would it even be worth it to purchase these headphones from Canada if the fees would be enormous when I do end up getting them?
And also, one final question, does anyone know how long it would take to receive the item? Would Covid have any effect on the delivery time at all? Sorry for any dumb questions, I am just super new to all of this haha, but I appreciate the help nonetheless! Thanks!
Hey! I recently bought myself an Amp and a DAC from this website, and I absolutely love them. My birthday is just over a month away, and I wanted to buy myself a nice pair of headphones from this website to get the most out of my DAC and Amp.
My question is, does Massdrop do any sort of promotion for users on their birthday? If not that’s fine, figured I’d ask before buying some headphones and missing a promo.
I was thinking either the HD6XX or Meze 99 Noir, both are very tempting.

My request: don't do that. Let people click through at the top of your page to the regular sales page. This thing you do where people want to look at one thing and you're going to make them look at something else instead and hope they just decide to buy that, because herp de derr? That's bush league.
