Is this easy to connect with a Linux Mint 19 desktop. Are drivers available that does not need a PHD in Information Technology?

I use it with a Debian System and had no problems running USB 2 mode. Connected it and pulse audio listed as a sink with this specs : s32le 2ch 384000Hz

Thanks Kaizoor7! The Computer breathed it's last some time back. Will keep this in mind if I ever setup another Linux computer.

In USB 1 mode, I've used this DAC with a couple different linux desktops without issue. For USB 1 mode it should be 100% plug and play for nearly every distro, with drivers for PCM already baked in to the kernel for the last 10+ years or so. I've had some problems with getting USB 2 mode to play glitch-free in every distro, although it should also be plug and play. It's something about the XMOS interface that I've run in to with other SMSL DACs, too.
