1----The Beethoven 9 with the Wiener Philharmonic Conducted by Von Karajan, 1961-63 recordings. So that's my first 9. ...lol Got a Mint condition DG set off The 'Bay for 89 bux. 2+ The Bernstein/NY Phil Complete Mahler set. Not a scratch on'em! 78-80 /Columbia 3. Leo Kottke Chewing Pine 1975,and 4. Mudlark.....Just got done rebuilding my Denon phonograph,(one of the GOOD ones) and refurbing my Harmon Kardon as well....and these are the first albums tossed up on the platters for just awesome virtuoso guitaring around. BonusNerd; tricky. depends on which recording of what. so I am adding my own bracket,(as a kinda bracketless sorta guy), and say 61 through 82, as that's the time frame for so much that is great in music and some of the very BEST vinyl pressings ever made.
