This is just about my favorite game - I'm forever doing favorite/best lists in my head. Here's one: 1 - Mal Waldon/Update 2 - Archie Shepp/Horace Parlan - Goin' Home 3 - (cheating here - I think of these two as a double album that should have been) David Murray/ New Life - Morning Song 4 - Bob Dylan/ World Gone Wrong 5 - Duke Ellington/Such Sweet Thunder 6 - Stereolab/Dots and Loops 7 - Mississippi John Hurt/D.C. Blues: The Library of Congress Recordings, Vol. 1 8 - Mitsuko Uchida Plays Schubert 9 - Sun Ra/Jazz in Silhouette - though really, I can't pick among three or four early albums 10 - Air Roland Hanna/Duke Ellington Piano Solos
