We at Massdrop have a special relationship with Sennheiser. They’re a company who believes in delivering the highest quality products to the Audiophile Community, and we’re always listening to the needs and ideas of our members so in this it's a perfect match.
Since our first collaboration with Axel Grell and the Sennheiser team, we’ve been able to come up with more ways to bring more products to the community. Starting with the HD 6XX, a Massdrop Made take on the company’s flagship headphones. The PC37X, a headset produced for competitive gaming. And now, the 58X Jubilee. Headphones tuned by Axel, and designed with feedback from the community.
Currently, Sennheiser has a team specifically dedicated to our collaborations, and this proves their commitment to always listening and to continue bringing the very best of what they can do to those who are most passionate about it.

Please revive the HD-414s. I loved mine in the 70s. They weren't "bassey", especially by today's rap / hip-hop standards, but their clear, natural theater was so impressive!

If you want my attention create a collab with Sennheiser based on their soundstage headphones the 700 series or 800 series. I tried the HD 600 series and they just didn't cut it for me on gaming the lack of sound stage killed it. I tried the HD 700 and fell in love with the sound stage and sound separation. They require a good DAC/AMP but if you have those the gaming experience is incredible. The 800 S would be even better but their price point is even further out. So either a HD 700 with a eased treble footprint or a altered 800 like the 800 S would be amazing.

I would love to see this but I doubt Senn will take one of their flagships and drop the price as much as they have on the 600 series. They could prove me wrong though

I would like something like a mic that I can use with my headphones and the portable amp when using them on my phone.

Hey, I would totally jump on that too but I'm just saying that price point would be way low even for massdrop.

You should try a "GSX 2000" (a GSX 1000 for at least 300 ohms" and also mic build-in) for all of the users that already use the 600 series since sennheiser know what sound complement their products and also try something like HD 820 (a close back headphones, but for the 600 series) since all of the headphones line are open back and ,how is possible that the 500 and 800 series does have close back? I love my HD 6XX and most of the users I know take them because it offers a sound that nobody can beat at the price, and the solutions for desktop or audio complements of DAC/Amp like the HDV820 goes over a $1000 and for $200 headphones.

Could you concider doing drop/s for Stock parts e.g headband (Because some of us noobs bend & break them to loosent he clamp resulting in broken headbands or headbands that don't seal causing 1 driver to be louder than the other). Foam Tonal Pads (Because the get cut, modded or disintegrate over time). Stock Ear Pads (Because they well.... dont last long, interchangeable & handy to have a spare pair or replace an old pair) To summarize: •Headband •Tonal Filters (foam) •Ear Pads I'm sure that some of us need/want grills & drivers but thats up to you guys as they end up being less needed than these things.

Yeah, the headband and pads along with the size/weight are all just perfect. I prefer the looks of the 800/800s actually but the 700 just feels so nice. I'd sell mine to get the 800 eventually just for the experience but for now I'm happy with the 700. And the 700 complements the Elex really well. They present sound in completely different ways. Although it would also be a good complement to the 650/6XX

Yeah I've tried them for gaming and had some fun. The sound is so wide and enjoyable on them. Absolutely fantastic headphones for me.
