the cable that it comes with is singe ended. If you're looking to buy for a balanced setup, you should definitely order from any of the cable makers. I had mine from https://hartaudiocables.com/ and got them 3 weeks after ordering.

Well, you can actually send them an email to make a cable exactly the way you want, but I chose the following below so I can run them off all my interface, DAC/Amp, and instruments: main cable: HC-8: 4-Pin Mini XLR (Female) to 4-Pin Mini XLR (Female) Balanced Headphone Cable Interconnects: IC-2: 3.5mm TRS male plug to 4 pin mini XLR (Male) (single-ended) IC-4: 2.5mm TRRS male plug to 4 pin mini XLR (Female) (balanced)
