no. no it won't have a threadripper chip and if it does expect to pay the same or more than a pc, it is literally impossible for a 600$ console to beat the value of a pc just think logically for a moment, microsoft's only competition on the console market is sony that is literally an oligopoly, in an oligopoly it is beneficial for both microsoft and sony to sell you the same outdated crap hardware year after year if fan boys keep buying and then play catch up to the pc so the value isn't so bad that the fanboys wake up for a moment and switch to pc, but you see they will never catch up to pc because pc users have a choice, if your amd graphics card is acting up you can just swap it out for an Nvidia card and if your intel cpu is acting up swap it for an amd one, no need to buy a whole brand new console, new games, new friends, download everything again etc... as you would if you wanted to switch consoles, no need to pay for online on pc too (you can also get xbox games pass on pc) and sony and microsoft don't even care about you and sell out "exclusives" like halo or horizon to steam for those sweet sweet PC dollars, need I even mention steam sales? (PC is not an oligopoly because of all the aftermarket parts from companies like asrock. msi, asus, evga, zotac... etc all of which compete to provide the best value and secure more market share) you also never get the amount of customization on console as you would on PC when you build a pc yourself you basically ensure that there isn't another one the same as yours anywhere and you can chose exactly how much you want to spend anywhere from a 400 dollar ultra budget build (still outperforms today's consoles) anywhere to a 10000 battlestation the potential is limitless.
