Can someone from customer support please reach out.
I purchased an R5 Saber edition, and the unit lasted about a week before it died on me. Someone named Haley said it would take a few days for her to reach out to someone to see if there are any troubleshooting tips. That was on Sept 18th, and I still have not gotten a response back. I sent another email asking for a refund because this is stressing me out that after spending $400 dollars no one from customer support is responding.
I'm on a 500-600 budget and really want to upgrade. Right now I'm running an SHP-9500/Steelseries Pro Wireless. I just purchased the THX 789 and I'm looking to purchase a Dac+Headphone combo that would work well with the 789. Any recommendations in the 500-600 range? Thanks
