There Are Pandas, and Then There Are Pandas.
And this isn't either of them! The Pandas we're talking about here, are watches, not bears. And what got me thinking about them (again) was a link posted this morning by @cm.rook who pointed a few of us to the very attractive (and not terribly priced) Yema "Rallygraph" Panda which, in it's most traditional arrangement, looks like the one on the left, but can also be had in the version on the right: The model on the left is a true Panda, while the model on the right is called a reverse Panda. The reason for that distinction is clear--Panda bears, only come in the first arrangement. Now at this point, everyone should be thinking about the most well-know Panda, The Rolex Panda, which is actually a Daytona, and among Rolex Daytonas, the most famous of which is the Paul Newman Daytona, which was famous first, because it was Paul's, and second because it sold at auction for $17.8 million (US Dollars). Q: What kind of flashlight should I take when I go camping? A: Something with a balanced throw/flood. Think of right angle flashlights that can also be used as headlamps. Zebralight H600w and Olight H2R Nova are solid choices.
Q: What’s the best flashlight for emergencies? A: While answers can vary, it's a good practice to have a few lights around your home/office/car. The goal here is to not be caught with your pants down. Carrying a light in your EDC is a solid step. Other would be to have small keychain lights like the Nitecore Tube, in places like your nightstand, desk, kitchen, bathroom, glove box, etc. Also, if you feeling it, have a super powerful light (4000+ Lumens), just in case you have to do some heavy searching, anyways, 300-1000 are more than enough. And last, but not least, it's highly advised to use 18650 batteries over AA and AAA since they hold charge a hell longer, so you won't need to replace them soon.
