Is there a driver I can download with it? The sound quality is very bad and the volume also doesn't go high at all..

See if you have Realtek Audio Console installed. You can change the amplify level to extreme if you haven't already.

Big tip, use dolby access with any analog headset. It gives you a really solid surround sound on any headset as far as i've experienced.

I'm having the same issue and can not find a fix, all I find is low mic volume which is not the issue Im having, I plug them into my phone and the blast, I plug them into my computer and its like no bass and 70% volume, I've tested them on other devices and its all the same except my computer?

DerpKittenHi.. have the same issue but somehow.. windows fixed... try doing this.. In windows 10 setting go to system under system go to SOUND look for Test your microphone then click troubleshoot, windows will try to repair it and if you are lucky like me .. it will make a profile of your microphone setting... if it does .. go back to Settings...SOUND but this time click "manage sound devices"..in sound devices screen..look for input devices, there you will see two Microphone profiles, just click disable on other one and enable the other Microphone profile.. and then pray it will work, cause mine did, hope this helps. Have a nice one.

enril.jusonHey man, i recommend using Dolby Access with any analog headset. It gives you a really solid surround experience as far as i've experienced.
No driver needed, this isn’t a digital product. Some recommendations: •Turn the volume dial on the headphone up •If you’re using a DAC or sound card, make sure the card and headphone outpu is selected as the “speaker” output. The “communications” output in Windows is a low quality, mono audio designed for low latency and low overhead.

So I’m gonna take a guess that you don’t have an amp
