No Customer Service

I bought a pair of IEMs with overnight shipping yesterday. It was supposed to ship yesterday as well but I didn't get a tracking number. So I attempted to get in touch with someone here (2 times) and have yet to speak with anyone. I would have understood if it would have took time. I simply would have requested the overnight shipping be changed and I get my 20 extra bucks back. But honestly thought with customer service like this I just want a refund. Problem is there's no option for me to get one. And with them not responding I think I'm just going to go through my bank. My thing is with service like this how do they manage to stay afloat.
