Maybe a smaller keyboard would be a worthy investment? You have such a large mouse pad but very little mouse space in comparison due to the size of that keyboard. More mouse space could let you play at lower DPI settings.

the6paths.comYou can buy any keyboard you like that might be a smaller size, and use a numeric keypad separately, something you find off Amazon or anywhere else.
