Anyone else have trouble reaching Drop tech support? (Defective PC37X GAMING HEADSET)

Hello Drop, so recently I've made my first purchase from Drop, and was very much looking forward to this headset. However once it shipped and I started using the headset, it seems to very much be defective as there's pretty much a constant buzzing coming from them (especially during any sort of bass). So of course, I tried contacting Drop's tech support, however it's been about 2 weeks and I've heard nothing back from them. Has anyone else had this issue and lack of response? Any help would be greatly appreciated :) Thanks a bunch!

They are very busy because at the moment. An email to the customers or an announcement on the front page would be nice so all the customers aren't asking this same question on all the discussion areas. @amycs @jennychin
