Headsets generally are tied to those "gaming" peripherals which don't have the best bang for buck, so I advise buying headphones and mic individually.
Philips SHP9500 + V-MODA BoomPro, can't go wrong with that and takes only a little bit over half your budget assuming your budget is in USD ($64.99 [$45.99 if you are fine with open-box!] on Newegg for SHP9500 and $29.98 on Amazon for the BoomPro at the time of this post).

WaahWould you recommend those (I hadn't hear of them) over the Kingston HyperX Cloud? I've had an amazing experience with this one

MilanorWhile I haven't tried any gaming headsets myself, I wouldn't be surprised if the SHP9500 sounds better. Comfort shouldn't be an issue as they are very comfortable headphones to begin with. No idea which mic sounds better.
With that said, no real reason to buy anything new if your current gear is working fine.

WaahOkay, thanks for the quick reply, it actually was for a friend, he has a similar budget and I wanted to advice him correctly; I think I'll keep searching some information
