Why my order is not shipped yet

I ordered a headphone May 19th and the estimated shipping date is May 24th. Now is May 28th and it is still no shipment and i get no reply from the customer service about the status. I tried to cancel the order as I can't contact anyone from Drop but the page keeps loading forever and it doesn't do anything. Is this normal? I would like to have at least an estimate date of delivery.

Probably because of staffing issues due to covid. It'll show up eventually.
