Headphone/mic options for iphone/pc (skype/gaming) use under $120

Hi All,
Just a general question on what your thoughts are on what are the best all-round sounding headphones that can also be used for calls (on iOS and also pc for skype calls and pc games).
There is a budget attached to this because they will mostly be used regularly at work for listening to music and also for skype calls. The added usage would be for listening to music at work or on the iphone while commuting.
I've bought into the Apple ecosystem so the budget is there also due to all the rumors that there isn't going to be a headphone jack included in the upcoming iphone releases.
EDIT: additional requirements need suggestions to be over-ears, closed back (might be obvious since needed for calls and on commutes) and most likely non-wireless (to avoid needing to recharge another electronic!)

For a complete package, the HyperX Cloud II's are a quite good value as its a gaming headset, but if you want headphones with a mic, for the money, I'd be hard pressed to find a combo better than the Philips SHP9500 + V-Moda Boom Pro. But thats Open back.. Closed back I'm not quite sure. Possibly the Status Audio HD?

Definitely want closed back and with a discrete mic for calls on the commute!

The Jabra Revo Wireless Headphones are extremely useful for what you are looking for. I used them personally for about 2 years and for $120 they were well worth it.
They are Bluetooth 4.0 and 3.5 mm jack compatible. It comes with a 12v/standard plug hybrid charged with two USBs on it, a nylon braided 3.5 mm jack with one elbow port, and a nylon braided micro USB cord.
To get the point these headphones are one of the few "enthusiast" grade headphones that are made for regular use. The sound is very compact and directed to the center of the ear, however it isn't uncomfortable as an on-ear pair of headphones. I've used them for gaming purposes as much as using them when having a two hour phone call.
Leading to my next point, the headphones connectivity are flawless (after a firmware update) and for making phone calls people couldn't tell the difference between my iPhone 6s or my REVO wireless. They can connect up to 30ft, but if your phone is on a elevated plateau, you can get it up to 50ft or 60ft.
There is a lot I missed about these headphones, however Toptenreviews has a full review on them that I found very useful.
The only downside to these is the lag the microphone quality is not anywhere close to a decent gaming headset. But you can easily find a $5 mic separate that can work easily with these headphones.
THats my recommendation

Great recommendation, but it makes me realize I have a couple more requirements/limitations. Namely over-ear headphones and non-wireless (getting fed-up of too many electronics that need charging).....digging myself a hole here....

There is already word about earphones designed for the upcoming iPhones without a standard audio out jack.

Yes, hence the budget that I've set - not going to splash out too much on a portable set that I won't be able to use while commuting.
