Bluetooth with great bass
I'm looking for over ear or in ear headphones that are Bluetooth, have great bass , and are durable, any suggestions? Anything under $250. So far I only see Sony's MDRXB950BT.

V-Moda M-100 Crossfade Wireless, and Sennheiser Momentum 2.0. V-Moda can be found for about 35 dollars above your price ceiling. Sennheiser lists at $499, WAY over your ceiling, but they have come down in price. They can b e found in the $389 range, still probably too high for you, but you need to hear them... Well worth the money. I have the aforementioned Sennheiser Urbanite XL, but I hesitate to recommend them. They have good base, but they lack clarity, mostly in the mid and high frequency area. They are also a bit uncomfortable, which is an area where their more expensive brother, the Momentum 2.0 excels. You did not distinguish between open or closed headphones; An amazing open over-ear option for overall excellent sound, and tight, enjoyable bass are the Phillips SHP9500. You can find a million reviews on YouTube, and they are currently $65 bucks, which is what I paid for them. Easily the biggest bang for your buck when it comes to hi-fidelity, build and comfort. I also have two in-ear headphones that are also worth mentioning. The Beats Powerbeats 2 Wireless are great in-ears, and their bass is pretty good for an in-ear. I bought and returned the highly regarded Jay Bird X2 bluetooth earphones because their noise isolation was poor, their peak volume was too low, and their bass was insufficient for my taste as well. I believe they had good over-all clarity, just too soft when it comes to volume. Had they been louder, I would have kept them, despite the average bass response. Almost lastly, I have an awesome budget bluetooth option that comes very close to the Powerbeats 2, and that is the Treblab XR100. These are basically copies of the Powerbeats. There are several versions of the Treblab, such as the Bluephonic, and others. The two I mentioned are exactly the same, and I have both. (gave the Bluephonic to my son) At $39, these are a HUGE must buy. I would say they are a bit louder than the Powerbeats 2, but they lack their refinement by just a touch. I use my Treblabs more often than my Beats Powerbeats 2, now that I think about it. I would add that the Bluephonic and the Treblabs both have better earphone tips than the Beats. They are very comfortable, they stay in your ear better, and they isolate pretty well. Finally, I have not tried these closed over-ear cans, but they are worth mentioning because of the hundreds of rev iews that say they have fantastic bass, and that is the Sony MDR-XB950. The XB stands for extra bass, and apparently, this is very true. You can get a refurbished pair for $99, and a new pair for $148. They are wireless, and said to be very comfortable, a long battery life, (20 hours & rechargable), have NFC pairing, and built-in microphone. Maybe you should give these a try? Good luck bro.

I don't know what you are going to be able to get B&W P5 Wireless for, but I really like them. List seems to be $399.99, so you may be able to get down to $250 in a sale or for an ex-demo pair?

I have the Sony and let me say this. For the price "sometimes one can find it for $99 it's by far the best deal no one can match. The bass is crazy and comfortable.
Even at $149.00 great cans. Once it starts going over other options become available but I'm a huge fan of the Sony.

I too was not a fan of bluetooth for a long time, the industry is finally starting to get some decent examples on the market . Your blatant dismissal of the OP's inquiry and a whole market niche is short sighted and contributes nothing of value. Screen capping another of your posts contributes to the same downward spiral of inane forums posts. This person is looking for help, not looking for someone to shit on their wants/desires...

You ask for the impossible. Bluetooth headphones always break and lack deep bass. It's like a secondary guarantee.
The best you can buy is the Bose Noise Cancel over-ear cans. I have unhelpfully forgotten their name. I'm a basshead and I opted for wire and portable amp, then you have a huge selection + great quality.

Pays_in_BitcoinApparently you aren't familiar with the the Sennheiser Urbanite Wireless or V-Moda Crossfade Wireless. Bose are trash as far as the audio quality to price ratio, they kill with their ANC but I've never been a fan of "one-trick ponies". With the right timing the former goes for 149 to 199 and the latter clocks in just over the stated budget.

Should I exchange the PC38X for better headphones?
I bought the PC38X headphones FOR GAMING and they are great, but I have NO use for a Microphone since I don't do competitive gaming and I was wondering if there were better headphone options at a similar price without a headphone, where (presumably) more of the cost was put into making it sound better. I also find that my PC38X don't get quite as loud as I would like and I was wondering if a cheap amp like the iFi Go link would draw a little more volume out of my phones. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BN6MM822?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details I went with the PC38X since it was considered the best bang for buck headphones. Looking for a gaming/content audio setup
Hello! I'm looking for recommendations on audio setups. I'd be planning on using it mostly for gaming. Preferably I'd like a pair of large closed back headphones since I have a big head and jaw. I'd also like to hear myself through my mic with mic monitoring. As far as budget goes, I don't really have one. But under 600$ would be nice. I can go higher if needed. The audio setup would be connected to a high performance PC. Thank you in advance for any recommendations!

Hello, I just joined, primarily for the audiophile products. Looking at purchasing the NHT C3 speakers for our new living room. Space is about 15 feet wide by 33 long and they will fire long ways. Space is just for general listening, music room with all equipment is downstairs, so hoping they will fill it with sound nicely. Cheers.
