How does one get the '$10 welcome gift' offer to work?
I recently found this amazing website and getting triggered for a pair of HD58X didn't take long. In my signup confirmation mail there is a $10 off-offer for Studio products, valid for 7 days and for items > $50, which my order applies for in my eyes.
I am on day 6 now and the help desk didn't reply to my email yet, when I asked why none of the prices changed when I used the coupon link in the email? I accidentally even placed an order for the unreduced $170 HD58X and was happy to see I could recall it momentarilly.
Any help appreciated.

I clicked on every link in my email and then noticed that at the top of the page it said:
"Your automatically applied $10 WELCOME COUPON is active! Click here for eligible products, valid through December 30, 2023."
Then it worked.

Hi, a welcome credit was sent to the email you signed up with. Open the email and click the link and the credit should be automatically applied to your first order.

As above, my keyboard routinely drops connection with my computer; I've tried three different computers, they're not the issue. It resolves itself after being "hard reset" (unplugged), but it's driving me insane because obviously it acts up more when I need it most. All drivers seem to be up to date, any thoughts? (I've also changed the cable, please ppl)

It resolves itself after being "hard reset" (unplugged), but it's driving me insane because obviously it acts up more when I need it most. All drivers seem to be up to date, any thoughts?

Is it just me or was this place much better when it was Massdrop? Instead of expensive collaborations, it was all about finding good deals that got better with more participation.
