Well now, I've allowed you folks at Massdrop 3 opportunities over the past 4 days to respond to my contacts through your Support page, but to no avail. Since I feel that this is a fairly generous time allotment to at least have you acknowledge me, and that you haven't, I figured I'd take my inquiry public. As mentioned in all 3 of my previous unresponded attempts to reach you, I have not received the item that was supposedly delivered on 12/6. I simply would appreciate some acknowledgement and let me know what, if anything Massdrop does for its customers in these instances. Thank You.
