Again, not a 'real' wrist check. Rather, I'm posting another picture of the new blue Tudor Black Bay coming out in a couple of days. Some Italian dealer must have disobeyed Tudor by photographing their unit prior to official launch. Ah, Mario, what have you done! It's basically a modern Black Bay with blue bezel and blue dial, without any gilt in the indicia, hands and bezel, thus losing the vintage vibe in favor of a modern interpretation. For the record, I prefer the black dial one - which I have been lucky to acquire...

Man it looks so good. I love that that it has a more modern look with the white lume. I think I am going to do my best to hold out until they hopefully release a black and white version without the gold tones.

TwentySixAndIt's very simple: Tudor made the new blue one for people who want a modern look, and the original black one is intended to be attractive to people who like a vintage vibe and a homage to 60's Submariner. It's orange and apples. There is no 'worst' or 'better' in reality, despite polarized opinions. These are simply two watches intended to be attractive to two different types of potential buyers.
