I can play this game as long as you all would like, all this crap about "emails sent" and "$10 credits" come on do you really think ill ever be doing business with Drop again, yeah thats a no, im still waiting on 2 $10 credits for new customers that used the link i gave them and they both bought stuff, both of those were over 2 months ago and guess what still nothing🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️ btw this order was done on my wifes account but it doesn't matter either way because no one has replied to either of us, so i ask again WTF?

You do realize there is a pandemic going on? Maybe that had a little something to do with your shipping issue. Sucks that it was supposed to be for your birthday, but stuff does occasionally get delayed and, given the circumstances, I'd give them the benefit of the doubt on this one. Also, the company has no power over when the item gets delivered once it's shipped, they aren't the ones flying it from China. All these Amazon Prime members getting testy because their package didn't come within 48 hours in a pandemic, give me a break.

Hey, so I just got my knife about 3 or 4 days ago and I have to say this has been an absolute nightmare, not only did it take 3 months but it has a stripped screw and a large scratch right through the middle of the clip. Not a good experience whatsoever

I have had 2 or 3 take between 3 and 4 months. When I reached out they let me know it could be 14 days between updates, and the shipping company had limits because of the pandemic. I have still received my knives however, and none have had quality issues so far

Right there with you. I placed an order for a Gent on 5/2 and it shipped 5/7. The last update on tracking was 6/5 and it claims the knife was on the way to the U.S. Since then the only update I've had from Drop was "Shipping is delayed and we are looking at other shipping partners for the future." No ETA or even word on when they expect more information, just something I clearly already knew and then something that doesn't matter because I cannot imagine doing business with them in the future. Two months (so far) to ship an extremely tiny package and they have absolutely no idea where it currently is and when it will arrive. This isn't Covid or even a ship sunk in the ocean; it's just a horribly inept company doing a horrible job.

You are absolutely right, I'm in the same situation, same exact dates and everything. I would strongly recommend disputing the charge, that way you only pay for the knives when/IF they arrive. Drop has made it very clear they don't care about the customers, it's a real shame. I reached out to customer service on June 27th, they have yet to respond.

It's fair to criticize the way they stick to a single shipping method even if someone wants to pay for upgraded shipping, but your choices are really free and slow shipping, moderately priced and equally slow shipping, or you're going to pay out the ass to get an item from China in less than a month. I think it does make sense to keep offering slow free shipping as the default
