It took you guys a week and a half to respond with a copy and pasted email, wow. Drop has been remarkably disappointing, never buying anything from your site ever again. Neither will any of the people I know who use your site. This is beyond dropping the ball, and you can't blame the pandemic. I have ordered things from all over the world during this pandemic, everything arrived within two weeks, except the two knives I ordered from drop(over two months now). Drop has been aware how awful postnl is, and hadn't made the slightest effort to change until now. Waiting this long for your generic copy and pasted answer, is far from good enough. Learn to value your customers and maybe you won't lose them by the thousands. I have seen countless people in discussions and forums with the same sentiments as myself. I can see why you guys aren't BBB accredited and have an "F" rating from them, something I wish I knew beforehand. Hopefully someone sees this and rethinks buying something on this site. I'll include the shipping updates for the two knives in question.
