How do you process a return with Drop? No response via email from them...

This is my first purchase here and I'm finding it very difficult to process a return. Is there not a automated process for this? I have sent two emails (last week and this week) to Drop without a response.

I have the same problem . received a faulty headphone and never have anyone replied my email or question for weeks plus the parcel took 2 months to arrive my address!

Yeah I'll give them 1 more week to reply and then I will just dispute the charges. They shipped my headset out within a few days of ordering it but they cannot proceed a return request going on two weeks now? Seems like they need to manage their business structure a little better.
